Secluded 18th century brick and flint barn tucked away to the rear of Dolphin House, 48 High Street, Wells next the Sea.
The barn sleeps 4, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious landing, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and an enclosed garden. A travel cot and high chair are provided. There is parking for one car.
The property is within 5 minutes walk of the historic harbour. Shops and pubs are within 100 yards. One mile away are the sandy beach and pinewoods, reachable by car or by a pedestrian embankment (or miniature railway!).
The area is ideal for bird watching, walking, swimming, sailing, fishing, crabbing, and cycling. Within the vicinity are RSPB bird sanctuaries and nature reserves and there are boat trips to visit the basking seals at Blakeney point.
Located nearby are Holkham Hall and the picturesque Holkham beach, which has been used for many film shoots, including Shakespeare in Love, and more recently Kingdom with Stephen Fry.
